This data processing is in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for contractual fulfillment or pre-contractual purposes.

4. Our Social Media Presence

We maintain social media profiles in order to communicate with their subscribers and to present information about our products, offers and services. The US providers are certified by the so-called privacy shield and thus obligated to adhere to the European data protection rules. When using and accessing our profile on a social media platform, the data privacy policy and terms and conditions of the respective social media platform applies.

We process the data that you send us via social networks in order to communicate with you and to reply to queries your sent us via the platform.

The legal foundation of the processing of this personal data is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with subscribers and the promotion of our public image according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Insofar as you have consented to processing of your personal data by the social media platform, it is in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a) und Art. 7 DS-GVO.

5. Payment Providers

PayPal
We offer, amongst others, payments through PayPal on our website. The payment provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”).

When you pay through PayPal, your payment information is transmitted to PayPal.

The data transfer to PayPal is in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (data processing for contractual fulfillment purposes). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time. The withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy of data processing operations carried out in the past.

Credit Card Form
We offer, amongst others, payments through a credit card form on our website. The payment provider here is Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter “Stripe”).

When you pay through the credit card form, your payment information is transmitted to Stripe.

The data transfer to Stripe is in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (data processing for contractual fulfillment purposes).
