Shipping & Delivery


Most LA VEE hats are made to order and generally ready to ship within 14 days. Sales items are ready to ship upon order. Faster service for made to order is usually available upon request and subject to an additional €50 service charge. Please get in touch if you require this service.


Germany

  • Shipment via DHL Standard
  • Free shipping
  • Usual delivery time 2-5 working days
  • Click & Collect at the studio in Munich is available
  • You can chose between either of these options at check-out
  • The delivery charge, if applicable, will be added automatically at check out

European Union

  • Shipment via DHL Standard
  • €14.50 delivery charge applies
  • Usual delivery time between 2-7 working days
  • The delivery charge will be added automatically at check out


Rest of the World

  • Shipment via DHL Standard
  • Individual delivery charges apply and will be calculated at checkout
  • Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional costs that are not the responsibility of the seller but of the customer. These are for example transaction fees (e.g. fees for wire transfers, exchange fees) or import fees, local taxes and duties. Such additional costs may also be incurred if the delivery is not to a country outside of the European Union but the customer makes the payment from a country outside of the European Union. LA VEE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Returns

We regret that we are unable to offer returns on our products that have been made to order or personalised.
